David became an associate at the firm in 2019. He began working at the firm as a paralegal in 2017 while completing his J.D. through the evening program at Temple Beasley School of Law. In his time at the firm, David has worked closely on a number of the firm’s high-profile consumer, antitrust, and public interest cases.
At Temple he was a member of the editorial board of Temple Law Review. His comment, Sovereign Ephemera: State Standing Against the Federal Government for Injuries to Quasi-Sovereign Interests, was published by the law review and was nominated for and received several writing awards.
David’s pro bono work on adverse possession and landlord-tenant cases through the Philadelphia Bar’s VIP Program helped earn the firm the Justice William J. Brennan Jr. Award for Pro Bono Service in 2019.
