Kim Ferrari is an experienced litigation paralegal working on cases that span a wide range of complex civil litigation and commercial disputes. She is comfortable navigating eDiscovery solutions while managing the life cycle of the discovery process in complex litigation and large class action suits. Acting as the subject matter expert in litigation support software, she can effectively utilize technology to organize and best present cases from inception to trial and appeals. She has extensive trial experience handling courtroom presentations in state and federal courts as well as in mediations and arbitrations. She represents clients in the Antitrust, Consumer Protection and Social Justice practice groups in every phase of litigation from factual investigation to U.S. Supreme Court appeals.
Prior to joining Langer, Grogan & Diver, she worked on a variety of impact litigation, public interest and election law matters. During the 2020 election, she worked with the litigation team representing the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and its officials as well as Pennsylvania’s most populous counties to defend the Election Code, Act 77 (Pa. mail-in voting), the Secretary of State’s certification of voting machines and the Congressional Redistricting cases in both 2018 and 2022. She has also worked with litigation teams on professional liability, insurance coverage and declaratory judgment cases.
Kim also works with pro bono clients through Philadelphia VIP and helps members of the LGBTQ+ community navigate second parent adoptions, estate planning and legal name changes. She is active in her community and serves on several non-profit boards as well as the Judge of Elections in her election district.
