Langer, Grogan & Diver is pleased to announce that David Nagdeman has rejoined the boutique litigation firm as an associate.
David Nagdeman has spent the prior year clerking for the Hon. Gerald A. McHugh in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania after graduating from Temple University, Beasley School of Law summa cum laude.
During law school he was a member of the editorial board of Temple Law Review and received multiple graduation awards and writing awards for his Comment, Sovereign Ephemera: State Standing Against the Federal Government for Injuries to Quasi-Sovereign Interests, 90 Temple Law Review 53 (2017).
Prior to and during law school, David contributed to the firm first as a paralegal in 2017 and subsequently as an associate in 2019. While working on adverse possession and landlord-tenant cases through the Philadelphia Bar’s VIP Program, he helped the firm earn the Justice William J. Brennan Jr. Award for Pro Bono Service in 2019.
