Langer Grogan & Diver is pleased to announce that Kevin Trainer has been named a winner of the Lawyers on the Fast Track award by The Legal Intelligencer. This award recognizes the top Pennsylvania and Delaware attorneys under the age of 40. The winners, finalists and honorees will be recognized at the awards dinner set for May 15, 2024 at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel as well as in a special editorial section of The Legal.
Kevin represents clients in high-stakes litigation in federal and state courts across the United States. His practice covers a variety of practice areas, including antitrust and competition, commercial disputes, intellectual property, and constitutional law. Currently, he is part of the trial team appointed by the federal district court in Los Angeles to serve as co-lead counsel for the plaintiffs in a multidistrict class action case against the National Football League that challenges the structure behind Sunday Ticket, including the elimination of competition among the NFL’s teams and the NFL’s decision to offer Sunday Ticket to DIRECTV on an exclusive basis. His meticulous attention to detail and keen intellect helps him quickly unravel and understand complex legal and factual issues as he works tirelessly to secure substantial economic recovery for his and the firm’s clients.
Kevin also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing Philadelphia homeowners and community gardens in quiet title and related actions in partnership with Philadelphia VIP.
