Mary Catherine Roper will continue the conversation regarding the use of stop-and frisk in Philadelphia on Monday, April 3, 2023 as part of a panel at Temple Law School.

The panel is open to the public and will focus on the history and legacy of this racially biased practice in the city, including its past unconstitutional use and why it is once again being debated by this year’s mayoral candidates.
